Televízia Markíza Digitalized HR Processes and Unified Its Agenda with Humanet

Challenge

Televízia Markíza was undergoing a significant change in its HR processes. After a change of payroll provider, we took over payroll outsourcing, and a new team came on board wanting to move toward a more modern solution.

The main challenges included:

• too many individual processes scattered across numerous Excel spreadsheets,
• the attendance system not being used to its full potential,
• the need to move to the cloud and a modern visual environment,
• pressure for digitalization, more efficient and clearer reporting and approval processes,
• complicated integration of the HR system with other internal IT applications.

Since the initial deployment, we have been building a partnership together for long-term digital transformation across the entire HR department:

• the HR team appreciates the system’s flexibility, easy operation, and prompt support across all modules,
• employees appreciate the convenient use of the system including mobile attendance,
• digitalization and process optimization brought time savings and accuracy in processing payroll and attendance documentation, 
• at the same time, the structure of the HR department changed by outsourcing the administrative position and creating an expert position,
• the HR team has everything in one system, which significantly simplified work, increased clarity, and enabled decisions based on reliable real-time data.

By implementing Humanet, payroll processes were optimized to such an extent that the company was able to reduce its staffing by one position. Part of the agenda is now covered by the HR team as part of more efficient attendance management and system communication.
