At SCONTO Furniture, They Significantly Shortened Payroll Closing Time Thanks to Humanet

Challenge

SCONTO had long used an older HR software that was no longer meeting the company’s needs.
The biggest challenges were:

• the existing vendor did not respond to requests for several weeks at a time,
• the HR team lost a lot of time on manual tasks, which meant HR staff had to work outside of business hours,
• they lacked efficiency and the ability to use modern tools that would increase productivity,
• the initial goal was to start with payroll and subsequently expand the solution further.

Solution

We launched the implementation in the payroll area and gradually expanded the system’s use:

• we made Hotline and Service Desk available for immediate support and resolution of 100% of issues within 24 hours,
• together with SCONTO, we co-developed part of the system (personal card import), which sped up and simplified data processing,
• we conducted several training sessions so the HR team could use the software to its full potential and gain confidence in their daily work.
