FSM GROUP, s.r.o. is a Slovak holding consisting of eight independent companies, including DOXXbet, fpoho, DOXX stravné lístky, 24pay, codium, DOXX Restaurant, Super Box, and EMIS-EM. Each operates independently, with its own processes and rules.
Before implementing the new solution, the group faced several challenges:
- they used multiple different HR systems
- existing solutions didn’t offer sufficient modernity or flexibility,
- advanced Employee Self-Service capabilities were missing, so employees couldn’t independently manage their own requests,
- many processes were manual and administratively demanding.

Solution
Humanet was implemented as the new solution, which made it possible to unify and simplify HR and payroll processes across the group’s companies.
Key elements of the solution included:
- a cloud solution that enables access from anywhere without dependence on internal IT,
- implementation of Employee Self-Service, where employees and managers can easily submit and approve requests,
- integration of attendance with payroll, which eliminated manual steps in data processing,
- digitalization of HR processes including electronic delivery of payslips, annual tax reconciliation, and certificates,
- the ability to automatically generate documents directly from the system with pre-filled data.
The cooperation also included ongoing support via Hotline and Service Desk, as well as available video tutorials that help the HR team work efficiently with the system.

The implementation brought significant digitalization and acceleration of HR processes across the entire group.
The main benefits include:
- a 60% faster payroll closing (approximately 3 days), mainly thanks to attendance integration and process automation,
- significant simplification of absence approval – vacations and other requests are approved digitally without paper administration and are kept in one system with full auditability,
- implementation of complete digitalization of payslips, annual tax reconciliation, and certificates, thanks to which the entire process was sped up from several days of manual work to a matter of minutes,
- significant time savings thanks to automatic document generation and pre-filled data,
- the ability to process payroll remotely – for example from home or outside the office.
Today, FSM Group has a modern cloud HR system that supports digitalization, automation, and efficient management of HR processes across multiple companies within the holding.
