What Changes with the EU Directive (2023/970)

Most companies today lack a system that can automatically track, evaluate, and report this data. Without preparation, companies risk not only fines but also reputational damage and loss of employee trust.

  • Pay is set historically, not systematically
  • Recruiting without salary information will be prohibited
  • Reporting on pay gaps will be mandatory and public
  • Penalties go beyond fines
