What Changes with the EU Directive (2023/970)
Most companies today lack a system that can automatically track, evaluate, and report this data. Without preparation, companies risk not only fines but also reputational damage and loss of employee trust.
- Pay is set historically, not systematically
- Recruiting without salary information will be prohibited
- Reporting on pay gaps will be mandatory and public
- Penalties go beyond fines
